Thank you for trusting us to be a part of your care! Below you’ll find all the logistical information you’ll need in order to have a smooth start to your rehab journey.
Location:

Parking: there is paid street parking just outside the studio, and free street parking if you drive north a block or two.
We do not have a waiting room, so please arrive just a few minutes prior to your appointment.
Gold Rehab Services

Parking: there is a free lot just outside the clinic
Communication
If you have either clinical questions or scheduling requests between visits, please reach out to your clinician directly by email. For more urgent issues (ie: same-day cancellations, etc.), you are welcome to call or text us. For billing questions, please contact Elsa Gould via email. Emails or texts received after 5pm will be answered the following day. Our contact information is as follows:

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate 24 hours notice for a cancelled appointment, but understand that illnesses and emergencies happen. Please do not come for your appointment if you are contagiously ill – we reserve the right to send you home as we are in close proximity and work with patients of all ages and health statuses. We will extend you the same courtesy of staying home if we are ill! If you are demonstrating a pattern of last-minute cancellations, your therapist will discuss ending the bout of care and resuming at a time when you are better able to regularly engage in therapy.
